• One in person class per week via zoom (45 minutes)
• One online class with a group on Tuesdays or Thursdays (the time depends on your level)
• Classes made based on your needs
• A WhatsApp group where I answer your questions and I share the information of the week: the recorded class, the meditation of the week, the presentation of the lesson…
• Access t0 all the recordings and presentations from September
• Homework and corrections
